Jaroslaw Jerry Szylwanski – General Manager and Founder
I am an entrepreneur with many years of experience in the creation of small, medium and large companies, their development and sale to strategic investors. I know very well how difficult it is to be successful nowadays, how difficult it is to earn capital for the development of the company, and as the development increases, how difficult it is to control the quality of services. I built the first networks from my own funds and bank loans; to this day I remember how slow and stressful it was. I invited investors to other companies, but then my shares and earnings fell sharply. When I discovered the franchise system, I implemented it in my aesthetic medicine salon and when I sold 51 franchises in 18 months, I understood that this is the most advantageous and intelligent development path for entrepreneurs who want to make their business prosper. Today I am happy to share my experience helping local businesses grow faster without using their own capital and minimizing risk. With experience in the markets of Europe, the United States, Asia and the Caribbean, I can also help you enter your company in international markets.

Ricardo is currently the Vice President of the National Chamber of Restaurants, the Playa del Carmen Business Council, a member of the Playa del Carmen City Council and many more. He is also a restaurateur, real estate developer and many other investment areas.
Using his 22 years of experience, contacts and relationships, Ricardo created “International Consulting” to help other business people and investors navigate the complexities of doing business in a foreign country.
“International Consulting” has been operating for more than 14 years, specializing in any type of license, permits, condominium regimes, immigration and countless commercial services.

I graduated from Harvard Law School in 1993. Prior to law school, I graduated summa cum laude from the Pierre Laclede Honors College at the University of Missouri, and am a distinguished veteran of the US Army.
My areas of expertise are Business Transactions, Contracts and Contract Disputes, Franchising, Immigration and all areas of Real Estate.
In the area of Business Law, I bring to the table real, in-house business-related experience by helping clients with a variety of transactions, whether domestic or international. In doing so, for example, I provide a unique perspective when it comes to assisting a client with due diligence and advice related to the acquisition of other companies and/or new technologies, negotiating and drafting licenses or consulting agreements, closing the purchase of a distressed real estate asset, helping a client through difficult foreclosure and addressing regulatory issues related to such transactions.
Alex Malik – Web developer and designer
My name is Alex and I have been working as a professional web designer and developer for the last 8 years. I have a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and am currently pursuing my master's degree at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. I love designing and developing websites and have been doing so since my college days. I spend half my day studying and the other half designing beautiful websites for my clients. Savvas Poyiadjis – Expert in international accounting and offshore corporations
After graduating with a first class honors degree from the University of Manchester, Savvas joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in London in the Insurance and Investment Management department where he specialized in servicing regulated investment management firms. by FCA and SEC and private equity firms. Upon his return to Cyprus, Savvas joined PwC's international tax advisory department in Nicosia, from where he later set off to set up Fidescorp.
For Fidescorp, among other things, Savvas actively advises and assists clients in the creation of start-ups, in corporate finance and restructuring transactions, and in international tax matters. Savvas is also very active in the field of investment promotion and facilitation, investment migration and entrepreneurship.
Savvas is a member of the board of directors of the Cyprus Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC), the regulatory body for the accountancy profession in Cyprus, a member of the Advisory Committee of the Investment Migration Council (IMC), the global association for Investor Immigration and Citizenship by Investment, and serves on the board of several private companies.
