THE MOST COMMON MISTAKES

See below for some mistakes worth paying attention to when joining the franchise market.


✨️Learn that the quality of your franchisees' services or products is worse than yours. Negative information appears on the Internet, sales are falling. Consider whether you have prepared the Operation Manual and Training thoroughly enough.

Correct ASAP!


✨️ The franchisee pays extemporaneous or incorrect amounts. Does not file reports. Avoid contact with you. Does not follow procedures.

Are you sure you meticulously prepared the franchise agreement? Have you anticipated all economic events and cooperation issues that may arise during the term of the contract? Have you noted in the contract the procedure to deal with and solve these problems?

Complete the provisions of the contract, prepare annexes. Make changes urgently.


✨️ Do you have the franchise documentation ready, advertise your system, but can't sell the franchise? Is your franchise competitive in the market? For example, was the preparation of the offer preceded by the examination of the competition selling the franchise?

Or maybe there are mistakes in the franchisee's business plan? Or maybe you just need to correct communication channels or marketing activities... 🤷‍♂️
